After agreeing to the job and confirming the start date, this contractor backed out ONE DAY before work was supposed to begin, claiming the price no longer worked.Because of his commitment, I had already cancelled other contractors, leaving me stuck at the last minute with no crew, no alternatives, and serious financial and timeline consequences.This is not how a professional operates. If you can’t stand by your own pricing and commitments, don’t accept the job in the first place. This experience put me in a very bad situation and caused unnecessary stress.Avoid if you value reliability and accountability.
