From the very first point of contact, communication has been excellent, and Linda especially deserves recognition. She is upbeat, welcoming, incredibly organized, and truly keeps the team connected and running smoothly.
Matt does a great job managing projects in the field, and Jason keeps everything well coordinated and on track. Steve clearly leads a strong, well run operation, and the professionalism and respect shown to both homeowners and trades is greatly appreciated.

We live in a condo and the unit above us had a water pipe burst which caused flooding of our unit. After contacting our insurance agent they sent Hudson Restoration to assist us. They arrived very quickly to access the damage. They removed the drywall in the areas affected and brought in the drying equipment to dry it out .Our project manager Matt Watt and his team were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job getting our unit cleaned up and dried. We would highly recommend Matt Watt and his team they are very professional and did amazing work . A special thanks to Matt Watt and his team.

I had my crawl space in my basement floor flood the middle of March. My insurance companny hired a restoration company to restore it. After 5 months the restoration had not been done, and I was beyond stressed. They got in touch with the project manager Matt Watt at Hudson restoration and thank goodness they came on board to do it. Matt came to see what had to be done and had 2 people come, Carlos & Kyle, and in 2 days the job was completed. They did an amazing job. I am so happy with what they did and would recommend this company 100%

The clean-up and tear-out were completed way faster than we expected, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

A huge shoutout to Joe, who was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always on top of things. He kept us informed the whole way through and made a stressful situation feel totally manageable.
