Chris did an exceptional job resurfacing our deck and building new stairs. He communicated very well and was very professional! Spring 2021 we embarked on a full gut job, Chris was hired as the main contractor with a few trades I brought in myself. Chris worked amazing with everyone I brought in, and everything he did was top notched. The main scope of work included:1.Laying new subfloor2.framing our new closet3.removal of old plumbing and rough-in of new supply and drain.4. Relocated hot water tank.5. Drywall hanging and taping/finish6. Trim and doors7. Refinished the stairs (were in really bad shape originally)9. Paint - prime and finish10. Finished the bathroom, tile, vanity, toilet, tub, shower, etc.11. Laid flooring My wife and I were ecstatic working with Chris, He was polite easy going, and very responsive. When he's on your job he's very focused. As part of this job our basement was left unfinished, and we will most certainly be bringing Chris back to finish our basement. I have recommend Chris to all my friends and family because of his great work ethics, quality of finish, and trust worthy features. If Chris gives you a quote for a scope of work, that's the price!Thanks again for everything Chris!
