This was our first major home renovation, so we didn’t really know what to expect. Jarred and his team did a great job with the main work — professional, skilled, and overall the project turned out well.
However, once the main stage was complete, our project often felt like it was being pushed aside. The final touches took longer than expected and felt rushed in the end. There were a few details that were overlooked, including nicks on our new railing posts, a visible hole on the wall from the previous railing, glue drips on the wall, and a missing trim piece at the base of our the front door.
Despite those issues, we’re happy with how most of the project turned out and are loving the updates we made to our home. We would recommend them, but attention to the final details could be improved.

Jarred does a great job communicating schedules and plans and who to expect at what time each day. He also makes sure to check in with you each step of the way to ensure that you are happy with how the work is going. We were looking to get a bar designed and installed in our basement. We also wanted to support a local business. Fortunately our daughter knew Jarred from high school so we decided to give him a chance to impress us and that he certainly did!

Our first impression of Jarred was friendly and attentive to our needs. We really liked that he had great suggestions to help us design our bar. We were very clear in our deadlines (we had a wedding party to host). Jarred worked his magic in planning the schedule and coordinated all the subcontractors perfectly. He was very respectful in ensuring we always knew who was coming and going, and called in the event there was a change in plans. We were very pleased how professional he was along with his tradesmen.

Jared’s quality of work was top notch. We were impressed with his attention to detail and that the job was not finished until we were 100% happy (Jarred’s words).

We are very happy with the outcome which was echoed by our children, family and friends. Everyone is looking forward to the next party at our house.
