Ottawa General Contractors

Ottawa General Contractors did a great job on my basement. There were a few things that went wrong, but the company did a great job listening to my concerns and working with me to make things right. I also appreciate the extended warranty program on the project. It was a great team to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with OGC. I just want to say that they know definition of professionalism. I was very comfortable dealing with them, they were so kind and patience in explaining the process for my addition at the back of the house I would like to thank Nick and Abdull for the amazing experience I would also like to thank Athena for paying attention to every aspect of materials and giving us the most wonderful and smooth experience. Previously we had a different contractor from In n Out Reno( would not recommend going there)doing our home project, but because of inconsistency in work we switched over to OGC. I'm so glad we did, as they happily took over and did what was necessary to give us the elite experience. There is no words to describe on how good their service is. I would definitely recommend OGC for your renovation needs cause they know what they're doing!!

Exceptional Quality, Integrity, and Service! ?We hired Paul Dore and his team at Ottawa General Contractors to build a legal secondary dwelling unit (SDU) from scratch, and we could not be more satisfied with the finished product. From day one, this team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and a tireless commitment to the customer. This was truly a 5-star experience! ?The workmanship is flawless; their respect for quality is evident in every detail of the SDU. Paul and the team are incredibly well-organized, which was essential for managing such a complex project. This organization ensured that all work progressed smoothly and that our strict deadlines were met precisely on time. ?Paul goes above and beyond, not only managing the build but actively engaging in the design process to ensure the SDU achieved the perfect balance of aesthetic appeal and practical function. Beyond the build itself, we greatly appreciated that he always puts customers first. He acted as our dedicated advocate, consistently negotiating the best deals with subcontractors on our behalf, which was a huge comfort and provided excellent value. ?If you are looking for a general contractor in Ottawa that delivers top-tier quality, respects timelines, and truly cares about your satisfaction, look no further than Paul Dore and Ottawa General Contractors. Highly, highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of working with OGC for the design and build of our coach house, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident. Communication was a strong suit; they kept me informed at every stage of the project, ensuring that my expectations were not just met but exceeded. Nick and Alain were particularly instrumental in guiding me through the design and permit application process. Their expertise made what could have been a daunting experience incredibly smooth. A special shoutout goes to Abdul, who oversaw the workmanship and execution of the project. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensured that the work was not only completed on time but also to the highest standard. Overall, it has been a genuine pleasure working with this team. They demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication throughout the project, making it a seamless experience.
