I would highly recommend this company for any construction needs large or small! They are a family owned local business who were so polite, professional and accommodating. They do amazing work and were right on time and on schedule for replacing my front entry and rear sliding door as well as several other projects that I added on at the last minute!

When we met Jesus Sanchez, owner, he listened to & answered questions about modernizing our courtyard gate. Jesus combined our vision with ours & explained the steps to complete the project. We felt comfortable about his proposal.
Within one week, we had a new, beautifully designed front gate & new outside lighting. We are ecstatic about our neighbors’ great comments over the upgrade! Jesus & his crew were very courteous & professional.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and experienced contractor, look no further than Jesus and his team. We recently had our master bathroom completely remodeled, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Jesus is a true perfectionist, and it shows in the quality of his craftsmanship.

His experience with styles, current trends, and maximizing space was incredibly helpful when we needed to make important design decisions, and he was never pushy. Jesus was always present, communicated with us daily, and worked around our personal schedules.

Every member of the Sanchez team was respectful of our property and consistently cleaned their work area before leaving— including the street! There were no surprises along the way, and the entire process was truly stress-free.

We hired Sanchez Build & Renovation to remodel a very outdated public restroom at our facility. There was a severe amount of water damage in the walls requiring extensive remediation all the way back to the steel framing. Jesus Sanchez and his crew efficiently performed the additional work and replaced framing quickly that kept our project on schedule . As everyone is aware remodeling is risky and can be very expensive with unexpected events. Jesus is definitely the one you want working for you as he keeps your best interest a priority. He is professional and competent in all his work and his crew is also excellent with diligence and efficiency. They perform clean daily insuring the work area is not just safe but also organized for work the next day. Great Company with wonderful people!
