Kyle is hands-down one of the most knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy people I've come across in the world of construction. I was dealing with a project that was way over my head—serious structural issues, water intrusion, wood rot, you name it—and I really needed someone who could step in, assess the situation honestly, and help me understand what I was dealing with.

Kyle came through like an absolute pro! He was quick to respond, easy to talk to, and incredibly sharp. He broke everything down clearly and never once made me feel pressured or overwhelmed. His experience shows in everything he does—he’s been doing this for years and it’s obvious he doesn’t cut corners. Just having someone of that caliber walk the site and give me a real, grounded perspective was a huge relief.

I couldn’t end up moving forward with the project through him due to financing circumstances on my end, but make no mistake—Kyle will be my first call for any future work involving siding, damaged sheathing, water damage, or rot. I am so grateful and pleased with KG Construction! Kyle was fast with answering my call and promptly assisted me with assessing the damage to my Hardie Board siding. Kyle came out on a Sunday and even weathered the intermittent rain in order to finish the job which ended up being more extensive work. Kyle was transparent with everything he would be doing and also worked with us to save on cost. He even redirected pipe in order to prevent the same damage in the future. I highly recommend KG Construction if you want professional and honest work!

We hired Kyle to do a dormer for us. It was a very difficult job because there are solar panels on both sides. He only had about a foot and a half of space to work with. His first visit, he came by and measured everything and explained everything that would need to be done. He provided us with many samples and explained the benefits of each. Once we decided on the gray he suggested a white trim, which turned out to be a great idea. I was out of town during the work and he made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the whole process. His attention to detail was very obvious in his work. It looks very professional and we are very happy with it. I will definitely recommend him to anybody that asks me about Any type of siding work.
