Stop searching, Pastorin is the GC you need for your project. Leone is kind, smart, savvy and above all trustworthy! He takes pride in his work and it shows. His prices are well worth it and competitive. He did a bathroom remodel and also some floor and trim work. Can't recommend him enough. It's hard to find honest contractors out there. Leone will communicate well, sends pictures regularly, and has a very talented crew that finished on time. I've done plenty of projects on the beach and he is by far the best GC I've worked with. Great guy and great work.

After considering multiple bids for removing my tile floor and installing new LVP, I elected to go with Leone at Pastorin Construction as he assured me his guys do top quality work. I was a bit skeptical at first to go with a general contractor as opposed to using one of the flooring installers recommended by the store, but having seen pictures of the work online and hearing the great reviews, I chose Leone as he seemed like a very up front and honest man.

This was a REALLY messy job as I pulled up over 1000 sq ft of tile and another 500 sq ft of carpet. They came in and wrapped everything in plastic and taped off every crack in my kitchen cabinets to control as much dust as possible. Every little bit helped as it made the clean up later on much easier despite the fact that there is no way to control that much dust.

Once the floor was clear, they meticulously went over every inch of the floor to make sure it was level which ultimately required grinding down the high spots and adding a cement leveler in areas where the floor was low.

Once the LVP started going down, they made sure that each and every plank went down flat and flush, and had zero tolerance for any material that did not sit flat and smooth going from piece to piece. Where there were transitions required in certain areas, they didn’t just slap something down to fill the area but took the time and effort to make it look right.

Bottom line is that these guys were great! They were on time, worked hard to get the job done on schedule, and made sure that the project looked exactly the way I expected it to look…..and I am quite meticulous when it comes to projects of this nature.

I am excited about the next project to renovate my bathrooms and Leone and Pastorin construction will be my first and only call.
