Excellent workmanship and great communication. Israel showed up on time, kept the area clean, and delivered exactly what was promised. The paint work and trim came out great with excellent attention to detail. Very Satisfied with the results.
Israel did a great job for us. Identified the problem told us what needed to be done to solve it and did exactly what he said at the exact price he quoted. Since werent in town when he did the work he texted pictures of each days progress. Because of the quality of his work we had him do several additional small jobs we had been putting off.The next time we need help Israel will be the only one we call
Working with Isreal from Rivers Maintenance in Panama City, FL, was a pleasurable experience. I had only one visit with Isreal to go over the work needed in our condo. Everything else was handled long distance after the condo was blocked out for the work to be done. Isreal took great care to cover everything and protect it from construction dust and any possible damage. Old wall mirrors were removed, the wall repaired and refinished. The ceilings were repaired and repainted. The old fluorescent light box in the kitchen was removed, the ceiling repaired and new recessed lighting was added. Various other items were accomplished. All together Isreal did a great job.

Israel and his team at Rivers Maintenance did an exceptional job on our home renovation at an affordable price. He has a guy for everything, and they are not only good at what they do, but they come to work with a smile on their face ready to work hard and help out with whatever you need. He did everything on our house from removing walls, to plumbing and electrical, painting, installing LVP and tile flooring, installing a stone kitchen backsplash, changing light fixtures, hanging mirrors, installing baseboards, pressure washing, and much, much more. No job was too big or too small. Israel is very detail oriented and committed to making sure you are happy with all of the work that is done. He truly goes above and beyond- it was an absolute pleasure working with him and his crew, and I would recommend them to anyone!
