This is a fantastic company to work with! I don't think we could have found anyone better in terms of the work ethic and quality that we got from their team for our garage-to-ADU conversion project. Communication was clear and consistent regarding price, payment schedule and timeline of the project. We budgeted for the unexpected in both cost and timing, because something ALWAYS comes up in a project like this! CAP has done multiple projects on my home. One of their most recent projects was new construction windows on my home. We had them rip out the old aluminum windows and replace them with high quality, custom double pane windows. In another project, CAP did a full demo on one of my bathrooms, down to the studs. In just 2 weeks time, we had a brand new sparking bathroom! In another project, we needed roof repair work done, and CAP came through and helped fix roof shingles on a flat part of my roof. CAP was always very professional to work with, especially Cornelio who is well organized, great at communicating…and always comes through even if the job is a tough one. In 2022, Cornelio and his team did a full renovation of our home plus added an extension of 665 square to our home. Throughout our project, Cornelio was professional, always on point and always responsive.
