Bryant and his crew at PB Construction removed a chimney that had been the "centerpiece" in our modest cottage-like home built in 1939 but which we wanted to switch out.. The project would require a long support beam (LVL - laminated veener) to substitute for and shore up the hole in the roof left by the chimney's removal. Also supporting our raised ceiling were four floor-to-ceiling 6"x6" posts surrounding the chimney which we also wanted removed. All of this occupied the center of our main living room area. The LVL and how to handle its installation required that Bryant call in two Engineers. This all took time and analysis but, fortunately, Bryant is a hands-on, committed contractor who shows interest and concern that we as customers get what we want. His carpentry and demo. professionals were mutually committed to completing the job and completing it successfully without cutting corners. Clean-up was thorough after each day's work, and the entire work crew(s) worked comfortably and interactively. Roofing mistakes were made but thoroughly corrected and without question. Recessed lights were also installed, new sheetrock was fitted, taped and spackled, and then painted. The project(s) took a number of weeks to complete but everyone stuck to the plan, the costs were competitive, and the outcome completely fulfilled our expectations.
I had my basement and kitchen cabinets remolded. Bryant and his team are Very professional and are very detailed in their work. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend this company to get anything done for you.
