I was so pleased with the work DC Construction did in my cellar I decided to have them come back to work on my roof. There was a leak on my kitchen ceiling. The shingles were removed and found the wood under the shingles had rotted. Campo showed me pictures of the roof so I could see where the wood had rotted. He also explained to me that pieces of the wood were separating causing the water to leak. When the roofing was completed there were vents installed in the roof so moisture would not buildup in the attic causing mold or mildew. Also the metal around the chimney was replaced so water couldn’t leak into the house. I feel he did a thorough job and the cost was very reasonable for the work that was done.
