"We recently hired Elite Construction and Design to upgrade our old, rotting presser treated deck, and the results are phenomenal. From the initial design consultation, they were professional and attentive to our vision. We wanted to use Trex, and received a lesson during our design consultation that there are different levels of Trex. Which makes a big difference on the final look of the product.
There craftsmanship is top-notch. The crew was punctual, kept the job site tidy, and finished exactly on schedule. It’s rare to find a team that delivers high-quality work with such a smooth, stress-free process. If you’re looking for a deck builder who takes pride in their work, “look no further!"

I will start off with saying that everyone I spoke with was polite and professional but unfortunately, this just wasn’t a great experience. First off, if you want to know what’s going on with your project, expect to have to call them all the time as they won’t be calling you with updates. 90% of the time the only reason I knew what was going on was because I was calling them after not hearing from them in a little bit. I hired Elite to do flooring and new baseboards for my 230 square foot basement. I was told that this was going to be a two/three-day project and this stretched over a month, so I was out this space for an extended period. Initially, when we discussed the project, they explained how the work was going to be done, and I had some concerns of bubbling in the flooring, and they assured me that wouldn’t happen. Well, they came to do the flooring and there were bubbles everywhere. To their credit, they did agree to come fix it with no objection. After laying the floor the second time, it is better but still has some bubbles in areas. I was told as we walk on the flooring it will get better and from what I have gathered from other professionals that is only kind of true (it will correct some, but it won’t be magically perfect). I would say that the quality of work for the flooring is that of a homeowner doing it, not professional contractors. The baseboards were done well, and I have no complaints there. Overall, I think these are good people, but they were just horribly disorganized on this particular project. With that being said, I wouldn’t sign up for another flooring job with them but outside of that I would consider giving them a second chance.

I am beyond ecstatic about how our recent exterior siding and trim project came out.  Josh and his team were great. The finished product looks fantastic!  They were very detail oriented and took their time to make sure the finished product is how we described it.  They communicated a project timeline to me and kept to that timeline.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home.

We recently hired Josh and the Elite team to renovate our bathroom. They were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to improve my design ideas. Every question I had was answered promptly, and I felt well-informed at every stage of the project.  The attention to detail is evident in every corner of the bathroom, from the tile work to the installation of the fixtures.

Exceptional quality, we couldn’t be happier with the work this team did to build our back deck. Josh took our drafted designs and suggested innovative ways to streamline the final delivery, making our dream a reality. This was a team of true professionals, who had the skill and mastery to finish our deck in a matter of a few weeks, start to finish. The result was truly outstanding. I would hire Elite again, and in fact, we are on their wait list for another project! Thanks to the team once again.
