Crystal and the OKN renew were tasked with renovating our main floor in our home. All new kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, railing,entry room closet , all baseboards and window trim, they did a wonderful job! There team worked very hard and took pride in there work! They were neat and tidy and always left the site clean at the end of the day. We had a tight budget and Crystal was more then willing to work with us and go out of her way to get us exactly what we wanted without going over budget! We gave her our vision and she delivered! Her team even installed floating shelves in our kitchen that our strong enough to sit in, literally, when other contractors said it wasn’t possible. Thank you to the OKN renew team for making our home the way we always dreamed it to be!

Crystal and her team just finished renovating 1 of our bathrooms and it looks amazing! We ran into some unforeseen issues while constructing and it was handled professionally and in a timely manner, all while staying within budget as much as she could. I had Crystal refresh the lower level of my townhouse. The job included installing flooring throughout and on a staircase, install of new baseboards, and trim, painting kitchen cabinets, kitchen walls, and a stairwell with a high ceiling; along with a repair under the kitchen sink to a cabinet that had water damage, installation of a new baseboard heater & thermostats, and installing a kitchen backsplash. She also helped with recommending a local company to install a new kitchen countertop. Crystal’s work is exceptional and her prices are more than reasonable. She will look for supplies early to get you the best price on materials. Her communication is quick and thorough - she answers any and all questions you may have and doesn’t leave you hanging. Rennos can be stressful - but my space was tidied each day and my kitchen was useable throughout the changes. Crystal has an excellent eye for colour and design - if you have the idea but can’t quite land on the perfect colour or can’t envision a sample on an entire wall you can trust her to pick something and make it absolutely beautiful. My renno went from an “update” to looking like a new townhouse that I’m in love with. I highly recommend Crystal for your renovation needs and would not hesitate to have her work on my home in the future.
