MoBA Construction

Haley and Jon did such an amazing job on our basement remodel. Given the age of our home, built in 1944, we were really struggling with finding a contractor that would tackle the space. Haley came in and worked closely with us and provided a design we fell in love with. When the work began, I was so amazed by the level of personal touch Jon had. For examplw, every day, Jon made sure the dust barrier was left open at the end of the day so our cat could use the litter box. Didn't miss a single day and left us feeling taken care of and not just a client.

MOBA Construction was great to work with and I am actually currently working on scheduling them for a second project for my home. They did a full down to the studs remodel of my kitchen. Communication was excellent, before the project started expectations were set, during the project any required changes were clearly laid out with options and additional fees if any. One thing that sets Jon and Haley apart from some of the other contractors is their boutique approach; keeping things small and personable. Rather than have random sub contractors in and out of your place who aren't personally accountable Jon and Haley are there from start to finish and let their passions and attention to detail shine through. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with MOBA for my kitchen remodel.

Jon and Haley are great to work with. They are very detail oriented, and helped us understand the process step by step. Jon showed up on time and shows pride in his work. I have included some pictures in this review and the results speak for themselves. We could not be happier with the final product. The forth picture was how the bathroom looked when we moved into the house.

We had Jon and Haley remodel our kitchen, dining, and living room area, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Jon is extremely talented and brings a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that’s hard to find. Haley is such an amazing designer, knows what good design looks like and guided us through the entire process. They were great to work with — responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we loved the end result. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and about the people they work with. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for design and remodeling work!

We recently completed a major bathroom remodel with MoBA and couldn't be happier with the results or process. After getting bids from 2 large, well known Peoria companies we chose MoBA because of their exceptional professionalism and personalized service. Jon oversaw every aspect of the job and Haley, their interior designer, was absolutely invaluable. She was able to provide us with a variety of potential design layouts and ideas to better envision the end result. They truly made our vision come to life, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring every detail was perfect. We were impressed with how Jon managed the project, keeping us informed throughout. They seamlessly accommodated changes in our design choices and were extremely helpful helping us clarify what we wanted. They are on time, very tidy, respectful and unobtrusive. We enjoyed getting to know the entire team. If you’re looking for a masterful contractor who delivers a high level of craftsmanship (Jon built the beautiful vanity!) we highly recommend contacting MoBA. They exceeded our expectations in every way!
