Most importantly, Cliff, Bryce and his trades listened to my interior designer spouse and worked closely with her as we developed the plan and worked through changes or misunderstandings when they came up. Cliff had a daunting 3 inch binder of planning up against him and a budget to meet. Crosspoint Contracting built out our office condo from an empty shell and we are thrilled with the results. Cliff was awesome to work with, from the initial bid to completion of the job. He completed it on time and as quoted and was genuinely great to work with. He stays on top of the progress and deals with any problems that come up right away. I would hire him again in an instant!
So where do I begin? If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Cliff swooped in like a knight in shining armor saving me from certain, inevitable disaster on my commercial build-out for my new business! My original contractor was quickly leading me to a nightmare so after letting him go, I found Cliff and he saved me and my business; I am forever grateful!! Cliff is very clear, concise and explains everything; he doesn't keep you in the dark about anything! He shares everything with you that he is doing, who he is hiring for subs, schedules, costs and answers all your questions quickly! The most important part for me was he COMMUNICATES! He checked in with me and on the project everyday and if something wasn't going to plan, he was on top of it! But more than that, Cliff is a very kind, wear-your-heart on your sleeve kinda person who genuinely cared about me and my concerns. He is humble and down to earth and a joy to work with and talk to.
