Bartkus Remodel

I'm very impressed! I've used Bartkus Remodel in the past for several odd jobs, such as removing a porch and step and creating a ramp and porch; dealing with foundation issues, and a few other jobs.

I had an issue with my back door not latching due to the foundation settling. I called, said it wasn't urgent, and expected to wait a week or two.

Brendan called and came . . . on a Sunday!!!

Their rates are reasonable, they do good work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Amazing team and the work is great. Steve is so responsive and stands by his work. I did two bathroom remodels and all the guys were timely, did great work and answered all my questions and concerns. Remodeling is stressful but Steve was always available to address any issues and kept me updated on next steps in the project. I have gotten so many compliments on my bathrooms.

We have done major renovations with other contractors, but by far the best experience we’ve had has been with Bartkus Remodel, which just finished a complete renovation of one of our main bathrooms. The owner, Steve Bartkus, unlike some contractors we’ve dealt with in the past, has been the most reachable. When you’re in the middle of a remodel, with the myriad things one must deal with, invariably questions arise…and often. Steve was always just a text or phone call away, and if he wasn’t immediately available, it never took long to hear back from him. Whenever it required an in-person visit, he always made the time. I can’t tell you what a difference that made. And when we made a few changes along the way, he never batted an eye. He made us feel like valued clients throughout the entire process. He's just a nice guy to do business with.

His crew was professional, and the work they did was great. It was a complete makeover, with the old soaking tub and vanity, along with the old tile floor, removed, and a new walk-in shower, vanity, and vinyl plank flooring installed. Also, a glass block window had to be resized to accommodate the new sliding shower doors, and there was a lot of plumbing and electrical work, too.

I am so happy with my new spa-like bathroom! And we’re so happy with Steve that we’ve already asked him to do a couple more projects. I can’t think of higher praise than that.
