Oscar and his team were great to work with throughout two large jobs. One outside and one inside. When some additional dry rot was found, they showed me pictures immediately and we met on-site to discuss options. Oscar was always supportive to ensure I was happy and responded quickly to any concerns I raised. He patiently explained any tradeoffs in decisions, and was very fair when I had additional work added to the original scope of work. I've included some during and after pictures of repairs both inside and outside. Siding and balcony rot was repaired, and bathroom too. I would use Sonoma Construction again!

From the new roof his crew installed, to the refurbished floors, to the interior and exterior painting of the home, and dry rot repair, Oscar and his team worked long hours to complete our project quickly and within the quoted budget. I highly recommend Sonoma County Construction for your next home improvement needs.
My first impression of Oscar was good - he was friendly and seemed attentive. However, once the construction started, things quickly went downhill. It became clear that he doesn't have the right background or experience in construction. His knowledge is very basic, and the quality of his work reflects that. If you care about your house and the quality of work, I strongly recommend to work with someone else.
Oscar and his team were prompt, did good work and were helpful throughout the entire process. As the nature of their work is very permanent, I wanted everything to be right the first time. Communication with Oscar via text message was easy and he was always available.His crew was friendly and responsive. They completed all tasks as expected and was always willing to do additional minor tasks upon my request. They were very helpful.Everything was done by the book as Oscar obtained a proper city permit on my behalf prior to the work and scheduled the two city inspections (one during the work and the final inspection). It was hassle free and both inspections were quick and easy!In short, I am satisfied with their work!
