Oscar and his team were great to work with throughout two large jobs. One outside and one inside. When some additional dry rot was found, they showed me pictures immediately and we met on-site to discuss options. Oscar was always supportive to ensure I was happy and responded quickly to any concerns I raised. He patiently explained any tradeoffs in decisions, and was very fair when I had additional work added to the original scope of work. I've included some during and after pictures of repairs both inside and outside. Siding and balcony rot was repaired, and bathroom too. I would use Sonoma Construction again!

From the new roof his crew installed, to the refurbished floors, to the interior and exterior painting of the home, and dry rot repair, Oscar and his team worked long hours to complete our project quickly and within the quoted budget.
