PHS General Contractor Philadelphia

I just completed a kitchen/living room renovation with PHS and it was a great experience! At the start they drew up a very clear quote that outlined all the work that needed to be done and made sure everything that needed to be updated was covered so there were very clear expectations. It was a gut renovation, but the team was quick and efficient in getting everything in so I wouldn't be without a kitchen for that long. Throughout the process they were very communicative, I was always kept in the loop and they checked in often to answer any questions or concerns I might have had plus prioritize anything that was most important to me. The work done is high quality and the team is also very detail oriented and would consult me about any adjustments that would need to be made to ensure everything came out looking great. They were also quick to step in and help when I had a leak spring up unrelated to the project which I’m very thankful for! Overall I’m happy with my new beautiful kitchen and living room and would highly recommend them!

Had two kitchens in a triplex remodeled. Great communication and quality of work. Completion took noticeably longer than was promised during the proposal, but overall very happy with the work. Would recommend and would likely go back for remaining projects.

We love our new bathroom, PHS did an incredible job from start to finish on our project! Our communication with Tom was clear and pleasant from the first site visit all the way to final walkthrough. Highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to take on any custom renovations.

Review for Philly House Services (PHS) – Contractors Yotam and Zohar After a devastating flood from a sprinkler malfunction in the unit above us, we were left facing a complete gut renovation of our condo. What began as a stressful and overwhelming situation turned into an incredibly rewarding experience thanks to Philly House Services—and in particular, contractors Yotam and Zohar. From the very start, Yotam and Zohar demonstrated not only top-tier professionalism, but a rare combination of vision, precision, and care. They handled the project from demolition to the final finishes, and the results are nothing short of transformative. Our entire condo was remodeled with a modern, cohesive aesthetic, integrating clever design touches and functional upgrades throughout. The kitchen is now a standout centerpiece with sleek lines, custom cabinetry, and thoughtful lighting. Their team was punctual, respectful of the building's shared spaces, and kept the work area as tidy as possible throughout.
