I had such a wonderful experience from the very beginning phone call to the end walk thru. Paul was wonderful and knew what I was looking for even tho it was a small kitchen remake. The counter tops, backsplash to the sink, exactly what I wanted. The crew they have are very profession, and kept me in the loop with everything . Recently, I reached out to Ben regarding a few minor items I had initially missed, such as some grout touch-ups and a small issue with a new toilet faucet. Ben responded immediately by text and was incredibly accommodating. He arranged for his crew to come out promptly, even over the weekend, to take care of everything. The work was handled in a professional, thorough, and no-excuses manner. In fact, the crew had to come out twice to properly return and seal the grout after it dried, which really shows their attention to detail. I recently renovated a property with Bayside -- we kept only the drywall, removing all flooring, cabinets, and lighting. Choosing a contractor is hard and a very important decision. Working with Bayside was great. They are open, honest, fair, and transparent. That's hard to find these days. Tom did a great job guiding us through the process of redoing our fireplace area and helping us choose the right material for our project.
