I recently had a new basement apartment renovated by B&P Contracting, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the crew was extremely respectful of my home and family. They were punctual every single day and kept everything organized and clean throughout the project.

The Project Manager, Michael, was fantastic to work with. He was easy to communicate with, always available to answer questions, and a straight shooter when it came to timelines, expectations, and costs. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency.

On top of that, their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely hire B&P Contracting again for any future projects and would confidently refer them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Absolutely fantastic - B&P did my basement bathroom, stairs and main floor powder room. From beginning to end they were incredibly professional - I had lots of requests and specific asks based on what I had envisioned and they were able to meet all my demands. They worked full days which meant they finished the job very quick. Communication was excellent - I am extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them or re-hire them for future projects.

Had we known about B&P Contracting earlier, I think we would have done the renovation earlier. B&P just renovated our lovely kitchen.

Every request that we had was brought to fruition by a very skilled, efficient and hard working team. I have never seen dedication like this before. They remained on the job from the first day until the minute it was completed.

Essentially we wanted a wall removed to incorporate the existing porch into the space. Then we had a window removed on the other side to incorporate our fridges and wall oven.

In a matter of a few weeks our kitchen was gutted and transformed into a beautiful new space.

His crew arrived on time every day and left at the sane time every evening. They always kept the space neat and dust free. Micheal and his crew are very knowledgeable and highly skilled and their work is very quality.

What stood out the most was that Michael was the only contractor who actually understood what we wanted. Others woukd have done a much more extensive renovation that would have involved unnecessary expenses, labour and time. Michael was the only person who could "think outside the box".

This renovation was a very pleasant experience abd I am looking forward to the next project that we have lined up. I cannot than Michael enough!
