There was a fair amount of work that was also required in the downstairs area to handle the waste water from the new bathroom and this company handled absolutely everything perfectly. The workmen were all excellent and made great suggestions to me.
It was especially helpful to have a project manager who checked in on a regular basis to determine the speed and quality of work and to have a senior representative workman who was here virtually every day to ensure that the work was being done properly and who did a great deal of the work himself.
I cannot recommend this organization more highly.

We had an excellent experience with Kooger Construction in the renovation of our home. Arian was detailed on his projection of cost and there were no unexpected surprises. The project was finished according to timeline and we were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Arian and his workers professional and courteous and did their best to make living through a renovation manageable. We would definitely recommend Arian and his team.
