Outstanding work on our basement renovation! National Remodeling & General Contracting Inc by Navindra Sukhraj, created a cozy, functional family room with proper insulation, lighting, and flooring. They were honest about timelines and costs, super professional, and the crew treated our home with care. Excellent value that added real living space without breaking the bank. Local experts contractor in Pickering. highly recommended!
Navindra, Sarah and Johnathon were great. They completed the floor repair, staining and room painting needed at a reasonable price in great time without sacrificing quality and service.I would recommend them for jobs to be done around your home again.
This was a real project completed at my property in Toronto. We have a signed contract, invoices, payment records, inspection reports, and extensive written communication with your company. After I posted this review, your company contacted me by phone twice regarding it, which further confirms that this was a real and documented project. I have records of these calls and all related communications. In addition, I have extensive photographic and written evidence from this project, including site photos, records of your personnel and company vehicle at my property, and the full communication history with your company and with the platform through which I hired you.Publicly denying that this documented project existed is misleading, very concerning, and makes it difficult for future clients to trust your responses. I stand fully by my review and can provide full documentation to Google or the appropriate authorities for verification and to take proper action if required. To recap, the issues in this project included poor workmanship, permit and inspection problems, missed commitments, serious communication failures, intimidation, and delays that resulted in additional costs and stress. In fact, you left the project when the City requested permits and have been unresponsive since, failing to satisfy the terms of our contract and refusing to answer my calls, while not taking the proper steps required for this job. This review reflects my genuine experience.
Outstanding experience with National Remodeling! They transformed our dark basement into a bright, inviting family room. The project manager kept us informed, and the workers were courteous and efficient. I am satisfied
Warning, ?? I hope you see this message before you hire this guy Nav. He’s unexperienced and has no clue what he’s doing for these jobs that he’s taking on. Cut corners and very unreliable. I am not the type to write reviews on here, but I’m hoping this would help someone seeing this before hiring this company. Nav will agree on a price at the beginning and will keep asking for more money as the job goes along and makes up all type of excuses. In my experience with renovating my bathroom, he made the standup shower way too small to even use it and the worst part of it all they hid two garbage bags full of garbage from the demolition in my floors, including Tim Hortons coffee cups and plastic bags. I discovered this cause I had to take on another contractor to redo the whole job, when the job wasn’t getting done and he kept asking for more and more money. Price was agreed at $10k gave him $5k upfront and was the worst mistake I ever done. I took the loss and just moved on cause this guy isn’t worth my time and energy. I would give him a rating of minus 5 stars if I could on here. He must’ve paid people to give him a good review on here.
