We hired Home Platinum Services to remodel two of our bathrooms. From the first meeting, they demonstrated superior level of professionalism and customer friendliness. I don't think they have the word "no" in their vocabulary. Any request was met swiftly and with utmost quality. They corrected a code violation that was obscured by the previous builder. Their selection of vendors for the materials was outstanding and they worked expeditiously to secure delivery of our choices. The construction crew were extremely professional, courteous and followed a very well orchestrated process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They finished the job a few days earlier than their promissory date. In addition to all this, we added a few other smaller items that they amicably addressed and with high quality. We were extremely happy with their overall quality, responsiveness and professionalism and we highly recommend them.

We hired Jose and his team for a full renovation of our Allen home and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. The kitchen and bathrooms look gorgeous, the new flooring is flawless, and the entire space feels brand new. The crew was respectful, clean, and always kept us updated throughout the process. Home Platinum Services did my master bathroom remodeling. I was very pleased with their work. When I planned to do my kitchen remodeling, I chose Home Platinum Services again to do the work. This time they did even better. Nima (owner of Home Platinum Services) came to my house to check/monitor the progress and answered my question almost every day during the construction. I summarized the following points to state that why they are the best: (1) Nima's has a group of expert teams for every fields - Cabinet, Hard wood floor, Painting, Plumbing, Electrician. (2) They sealed everything around the kitchen to protect those area. (3) The whole process were very organized. No idle time between each step. (4) Nima helped me to choose all the appliances. He explained to me the advantage/disadvantage of different kind of appliances. (5) Completed the whole remodeling on schedule and the clean up work was very professional. Platinum Home Services recently finished a full gut remodel of a 1989 master bathroom. Nima and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Our new master bathroom is so beautiful.
