Was wonderful to work with ICO, Or managed our project from start to finish and we are very happy with the work. Overall process was made very simple, and they communicated a lot throughout. We asked them to hit a deadline and they were done early.

We had a great experience with ICO Construction converting our shower back into a laundry room. (Note: The previous owner made the odd decision to move their laundry hookups outside.) Our Project Manager, Or, is a very good at communicating and kept us in the loop on all issues. He was transparent about prices and sent change orders for unanticipated work before taking any actions. Ilia was also upfront with expectations and explained the process clearly. We would definitely recommend this team!

I recently worked with ICO Construction on a kitchen remodel and had a great experience from start to finish. They demoed my old kitchen cabinets and replaced them with beautiful custom cabinets and new countertops, and the final result completely transformed the space. The whole process went very smoothly. The team was professional, communicated well, and stayed on schedule throughout the project. They paid attention to the details and made sure everything was done right. The craftsmanship on the cabinets and countertops is excellent.

We just finished up our bathroom remodel with ICO this week and we are so pleased with the results and the experience we had getting here. ICO was a pleasure to work with for our kitchen renovation. They hold the highest standard when it comes to quality of work, planning and communication. They were the first GC we contacted for our project and after the initial consultation, we did not bother looking for other GC's. He pays attention to the smallest detail (things we would have not noticed), is proactive to address potential issues down the road, and is highly transparent with the work involved. We appreciated the constant communication throughout the project; we worked with a few GC's in the past but I will attest that Or is the best. Their professionals came on time, were nice and respectful, and kept the house clean. The quality of work was great. We are looking forward to working with them again for the next project.
