ICO LLC did an amazing job on our 1st floor renovation!! I had heard contractor horror stories and had one of my own. ICO LLC blows that stereotype away. We renovated the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, stairs, and all hardwood floor refinishing. Communication was prompt, clear and concise. They always made sure the choice/decisions were clear and documented. All subcontractors/trades were amazing and professional and kept work area clean. As you can see from the photos, the results turned out amazing!!! ICO LLC may have some of the best subcontractors/trades in the area! And they have built a strong relationship with them so it is not random trades/workers in your house. They are representing ICO LLC and they take that very seriously and it shows.
Great experience working with ICO on our bathroom remodel. We had a shower leak in our old bathroom and needed to start quickly. Ilia and Or were able to get us started on a fast timeline since it was not a planned renovation. We are thrilled with the new bright, open space and incredible upgrades they were able to provide!!
