My wife and I worked with Sagie and his team on a bathroom remodel and vinyl floor replace for carpet. His team was very responsive and communicated well. Our project was to replace an old tub and remove a door between wet and dry bath sides, and replace the vanity. The final result is shown in the pictures and the team did a nice job matching the veins in the 2x4 foot tiles. Separately for the upstairs, we removed the carpet and did vinyl planks and replaced the base boards. The picture shows one of the bedrooms before and after furniture. Recent guests gave compliments on the result and we are happy with the overall renovation. We would call the team for our next project.
Great company! We did a full kitchen remodel after removing load bearing walls and installing beams, a room add on and a half bath. On time and on budget !Sagei was excellent to work with. His bid was well organized with transparent pricing, detailed payment schedule and clear communication. He brought subcontractors in ahead of time, checked on site each day a subcontractor was here and was always available for questions. Sagie found an outstanding cabinet maker and helped with design decisions along the way. I would say to start that I recommend Modern Home Remodeling. No project is ever quick so these guys are in your home and become like family. But they never lose their professionalism and easy to communicate your satisfaction as well as your concerns and changes. They are responsive to your needs and bring their own perspectives on the project when it comes to design, layout and product/material selection. They took care to keep the house and job site organized and clean and even accommodated working around the pets.Attention to detail is great, but when there was a slight oversight it is easy to point out the issue and have them address it promptly and with alacrity. I could go on and on, but needless to say that what started as a kitchen remodel, progressed to a whole home refresh, even correcting work of a previous contractor. No remodel is ever easy, inexpensive or quick. These guys do their best to stay on time, do quality work for a good value.
