Our Master Bathroom needed a redo. We bought the house 16 years ago and never did any upgrades to it. We hired Michael, great decision we made. His crew were always ontime, polite did a great job. The communication between myself and Michael was on point, he always answered my text messages and calls within a timely matter. The work that was done was topnotch. What a pleasant reno experience. Michael's communication was very good, his crew skilled, and the result of our partial bathroom renovation is so lovely. It took only two weeks. We had gotten five bids and his was the lowest but we would have gone with him anyway despite that, since his presentation of how he would proceed, his ideas, and his overall manner were very impressive.We really liked that he saved us money by going with remnants for the quartz countertop and reusing what he could. And the pull outs under the sink were nowhere near the $3000 quote we got from Shelf Genie.
Michael and his team at Cornerstone Home Services did an amazing job on our guest bathroom! From the first consultation, to the final walk through, Michael took our vision and brought it to life!We partially demolished our bathroom after severe water damage from a long term leak, and we thought we would be able to put it all back together ourselves after several overpriced estimates from other companies. But with 2 toddlers, full time jobs, and grad school taking up all of our free time, months had past and nothing had been done in the bathroom. So we called Michael and he came for a free consultation the next day! He took the time to listen to us and advise us on the best way to get our bathroom into working order again. With our house being so old, we were scared of what was behind the walls, but Michael reassured us that his team was up for the challenge and could handle whatever obstacles stood in their way. And his estimate...extremely reasonable and fair!Michael always kept us up to speed with the progress and the timeline was faster than we expected. Michael helped with every detail, and had no problems with last minute changes. I hired Michael, Cornerstone Home services, to remodel my master bathroom and replace the floors throughout the house. From Michael's thoughtful presentation and fair price to completion, Michael and his crew delivered everything he promised beyond my expectations. Michael communicates progress and next steps frequently. He always returns my calls and answers questions the same day. He offers advice and suggestions when needed. He even volunteers to meet me places to help with choices.The crew is fantastic. My heartfelt thanks to all the crew: Matt, Tiago, Xavier, Vinnie and Mark. They are all highly skilled craftsmen and professional. They show up on time, work diligently every day and always clean up at the end of the day. They are courteous and friendly and made sure I was happy with their work. They often did extra to help me when I needed and often did more than was required when they noticed something that needed attention. For example, Xavier repaired a leak in my dishwasher hose, and Vinnie and repaired a patch in my living room. Another outstanding job by Cornerstone Home Services! Michael and his talented painting team just finished painting the exterior of our house. This is our 3rd project using Cornerstone and as we experienced with the other jobs, everything went very smoothly - in both the planning and execution of the project. Administratively, like the other jobs, communication and documentation were excellent.The team took excellent care to make sure the transitions between the yellow main color and the white trim were clean and precise. They removed all fixtures, lights, outlet covers, etc. that we had decided we didn't want to have painted. They were meticulous about taping all the appropriate places (windows, etc.) and covering/protecting the pavers all around the house. The result was that there was virtually no splatter onto our pavers, windows, fixtures, etc. Michael had made some suggestions about painting the various electrical boxes, etc. and it turned out really well! Our home now looks "happy" (previously was also yellow, but a very "sad" yellow)!We really appreciate how much care was taken to make sure everything went well! I'm including a few photos but I'm not sure if they illustrate just how good a job they did! I have already recommended Michael's painting services to a couple of neighbors who are considering painting their homes. Thank you Cornerstone, for another great job!!
