The maintenance guy that came to work on my apartment competent, punctual, thorough and kind. I initially put in a request for my windows to be fixed (they’re 12’ high) but I later realized the smoke detectors weren’t working. Though I hadn’t included the smoke detectors in the request, he kindly checked them and went out to buy new batteries (two separate types) and fixed them both (living room and bedroom) and before he entered my bedroom (I’m a single woman & I live alone) he asked permission. I felt very safe and he did good work.

On time, Fast and Efficient! Juan showed up on time at the beginning of the 2 hr window. Saw our kitchen faucet and kitchen light needed to be replaced. Left for parts, came back installed everything, and was out of there by 2pm!

I was getting ready for work and couldn’t open the door in a timely manner. He showed up right on time, didn’t disturb my partner or dog, and got the job done fast. This company contracts with my property management company and they recently sent someone to do some work on my bathroom. Not only did he do fast and excellent work, but was extremely professional and a very very nice guy. It added a personal and human touch that is hard to find these days. Can't recommend these guys enough.
