Great company to deal with until they get your money then good luck getting them to finish what they said they were going to. They were supposed to come back and finish a few pieces that were over looked in my new house. Their guy even pointed it out and said they’ll be back but that never happened. And when I remembered to get ahold of them they said they’ll do it if they have time
The cleaning company they use is amazing! Chelsea cleans the buildings before the move in, and the house is spotless! You guys have a great team!!
We love our condo built by Miller Contracting. Quality workmanship and a great company to work with. They promptly dealt with any questions we had and were always open to discuss changes we wanted. The little warranty work we had was completed promptly and appreciate the 5 year warranty they have. We'll definitely call them again if we ever need a new home.
Experienced, professional and quality work. Miller is all that, and more. When we put an addition on our home, they made the process so easy and stress free. Super easy to work with, I would without hesitation highly recommend them!
This company employs a lot of charismatic people however, they claim to be all about the “proper way” and “no short cuts”, yet they can’t be borthered to be on site to do any kind of Quality Control when the Sub Trades “complete” a task. For a company that brags about having the “Holmes on Homes” title, they sure don’t measure up to it, if you’re charging your client for that “certification”, they damn well better be making sure the Sub Contractors they hire also provide a service that meets that standard.They also have a lack of communication, they couldn’t be bothered to let the client know which trades would be on site for the first half of the project.They also don’t have any sense of timeline, they wrote up the contract with the client, giving them a poccession date that they were excited about. Miller then added/“updated” information on a client/contractor accessed website that changed the poccession date, so now the client has to wait another quarter of a year.There were issues that could have been avoided had Miller Contracting Ltd. actually cared about this family and put the effort into making this project work instead of listing off petty excuses and crunching this family’s dream.Will not be referring to anyone.
