These guys lack attention to detail and don’t take pride in their work.Hired them for a new staircase, quoted 40k. Sent them pictures of what we wanted.They ended up installing bullnose treads on a floating staircase. Why? Because it’s cheaper, even though they never told us this is what they were going to do and it certainly wasn’t the way any of the pictures we sent them looked. This is just so dishonest. Looked absolutely stupid. These treads are meant for stairs with risers. They agreed to glue an additional piece of oak under the tread to make it square for an additional 4K and I had to call them back no less than 3 times to sand and finish it properly. Still doesn’t look great.Installed glass railings and scratched the glass on half the panels with a sander during installation. Of course they made no mention of this until I complained, then they tried no less than 5 times to buff out the scratches without success before finally agreeing to replace the panels.I could go on and on but why bother. Despite their confidence, nothing about working with them gave me the sense that they had done any of this before. Seemed very amature.Probably fine to install kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors
Purchased quartz counter tops in 2021. Great to work with, knowledgeable and on time for installing. No issues with the product or install. Will be using them in the future again for sure!
