Our front balcony was falling down and causing problems to find anyone who wanted the job. I9 was a recommended company on the caa site so we called. We ran into problems with a stucco wall that was resting on the old concrete and had to be replaced. These guys found a solution and fixed the house with an amazing updated look. A window in the same wall had been replaced the year before but the work done by a door and window company was improperly installed. The team from i9 fixed it up at the same time as the other work. The final cost was less than the estimate. I can’t wait to have them back for the next project. I can’t say enough. They even found a landscaper for us to finish the walkway. My neighbours love the update too! Thanks i9. Now to plan the next job

Thank you Clément, Jimmy, and Claude, plumbers and electrician... in two days they accomplished a feat. But the best part is that they always answer the phone, no waiting. You are supported from start to finish.
