NC HOME PROS

I loved working with Angela and her team! She really spent the time to understand my goals and work creatively within our budget. Angela was really responsive, transparent, communicative and patient - all important qualities, to be sure - but also she’s a great person and someone I genuinely enjoyed working with. Would 100% recommend Angela and the NC Home Pros team.

Angela means well. Communication was an issue. Had no idea when people were showing up to work. Quality of work was awesome. Angela showed up to address concerns at end of project. James was very thorough and involved with our project from start to finish. The finished shower is a professional effort!

We had a small job this time (replacement of two sinks) but definitely plan to hire Angela's team in future for bigger projects based on our experience with them. It is uncommon these days to find contractors who are honest, reliable, and produce quality results. James spent extra time testing the sinks to be certain there was no leakage at the completion of the job. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Angela at NC Home Pros on our large home addition! Taking on a project of this size is stressful, but they made the process smooth, transparent, and honestly enjoyable from start to finish. From day one, communication was excellent—every step of the project was clearly explained, and we always knew what was happening next. They stayed on schedule, handled permits and inspections seamlessly, and kept us updated so there were no surprises. Quality of work was outstanding. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every detail shows their commitment to excellence. The addition looks like it was always part of our home, not something that was “added on.” Friends and family have been blown away by how seamless it is. What impressed us most was how trustworthy and professional the entire team was. They respected our home, cleaned up daily, and made sure we felt comfortable having them around. Budget was another big worry going into this project, but NC Home Pros was upfront about costs, transparent with change orders, and there were no hidden fees or last-minute “gotchas.” If you’re hesitant about starting a major renovation or addition, rest assured you are in great hands with Angela. They deliver on time, on budget, and with incredible quality. We are so grateful for their work and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

NC Home Pros stepped up and helped us when no one else would. We're putting an addition on our house. My husband is a carpenter, but he had to leave for a year-long deployment during construction. I contacted some businesses, but they wanted nothing to do with the project because we didn't have a general contractor. I finally found Angela and her amazing team. They did a fantastic job and got the work done in no time. Everyone is so nice and their communication is outstanding.
