John has done many, many projects for us over many years, The latest and best was his wonderful work on a bathroom. He turned a mediocre room into something splendid with tile and glass doors. I had John do a repair on my back deck. Our upper deck needed to be replaced. I called John after a couple of major contractors; and agreed on the price. We went through multiple changes in the process, with little or no change to the price according to our wants. The new deck is built so much above standard that it may out live the house. His communication regarding progress and weather is second to none. You will be happy with him. Just look at the deck beams and you will see. He is setting a standard.
