From the design, picking out materials and to the final build out Chris did a stellar job. His construction knowledge is second to none and basements are his specialty. We were not only delighted with the finished product but also very happy with the price as he was noticeably lower than all of the other quotes we received. He actually did our basement twice as our water heater failed shortly after the first install. I also like that he contracts out the egress work.

Chris personally answered the phone EVERY time I called, answered all my texts and fulfilled every extra request we had. We want to thank them for a job well done. Both times, we honestly didn't think finishing our basement would be possible within our budget, but Chris worked with us and made it happen. He was fair, transparent, and flexible with change orders, which gave us peace of mind through the process.

Chris has outstanding customer service - he prioritized making the customer happy and ensures the job is done 100% right. He turned our dark basement into an amazing extra floor of living space, adding a family room, office, bathroom, and gym (~1100 sq ft). He listened to our vision and brought it to life!
