Alair Homes Red Deer

Alair Homes completed an exterior renovation of our home nine years ago. We were so happy with their work and quality of service that it seemed like an obvious choice to reach out again for their help with an interior refresh during the summer of 2025. It was clear from the start of the design process to construction completion that the team's primary goal was to give us the high quality results we were looking for. We found everyone to be very professional and a pleasure to work with. The project management was excellent and the work was completed on time and within budget, all while we continued to live in the house. Each tradesperson had pride in their work and it definitely shows in the end results. The workmanship on the project was excellent and the improvements, which included a new kitchen, flooring, fireplace, drywall, and interior doors and trim made us love our home again. We are thrilled with the results and have received many compliments.

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Alair Homes Red Deer this past spring to finish our basement. They not only exceeded our expectations, but met a tight timeline to get the job done before the arrival of our son. Should you choose to work with them, you can expect quality work with excellent communication from start to finish.

Alair Homes did a renovation project for us and from start to finish, the entire process was nothing short of wonderful. Communication was seamless throughout every phase of the project. The team at Alair was always available to answer questions and provide updates, ensuring that we were all on the same page. On-site, the interactions were not only professional but also very positive, creating a pleasant working environment. Moreover, the quality of work delivered by Alair Homes is outstanding. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly set them apart. I am thoroughly impressed with the results and could not be happier with how the renovation turned out. Based on this fantastic experience, I highly recommend Alair Homes for any project.

We are so satisfied with our renovation that Alair completed. The staff at Alair were easy to reach at all times and the trades were very respectful and accommodating given we were living in the home while it was being renovated. The budget was agreed upon early in the process and was adhered to. Scheduling was updated regularly so that we knew what to expect. Never did we think a full main floor renovation, which included moving the kitchen and walls would be completed in 10 weeks. The quality of work is exactly as high as we hoped when hiring Alair. It feels like a new house but still in the location that we love. A big thanks to all the staff at Alair for their work in our home and behind the scenes.

We should have written this review over two years ago, but here we are! We used Alair to put an addition on our new to us dream home that was just missing a pantry and mudroom. The work Alair did was 10/10 and over two years later we are still just as happy with the space as we were the day they finished up. We had a couple small concerns during the process that we brought up to Mike and he made sure to make everything right, right away. Mike was great as our project manager and we always felt like he listened to us and made time to keep us updated on the project. Owners Nate and Derek both showed up to our job site with their tool belts on when mold was found on an existing exterior wall and remediated and repaired the issue, and there was no delay to the project moving forward. We cannot recommend Alair enough and will absolutely be using them for any future projects we may have.
