We recently had a whole new shower system installed to upgrade our bathroom. We worked with Chad and his team of selected trade specialists and WOW what a fantastic job! The end result was spectacular! Chad communicated with me beautifully, the price was fair, and I got to choose the suppliers of my glass, tiles and shower equipment which was important to me as I could support my clients as they support me. Chad’s team were efficient, respectful in my house and the project started when he said it would. I completely recommend Kodiak Developments and Chad if you are looking for help with your renovations.
James “James DJ”
Had a detached garage built last month. Chad was easy to work with, communicated well, and did a solid work. I had lots of concerns/questions but he was patient enough to listen and answer the best he could.
