We worked with Advisor Construction to create a custom shaded Pergola in our back yard. Initially, being rather new to Redding, thought that a pergola with a sale would do the trick for shade. Advisor Construction expertly built our custom pergola for us. After a couple summers and winters, we decided to try and add a roof to the existing design. I contacted them again to see if we could design a creative a solution and Advisor Construction came through for us. They quickly designed a solution including a beautiful metal roof. They worked with our schedule and specific needs throughout the project. I highly recommend these folks for their ingenuity, quality and professionalism!

We had a wall repair and a new siding done on the whole house with Advisor Construction. They were very professional and did a great job. Also they can perform wide variety of services. If we'll need a repair or advice, we know where to go.
Just had a project completed with Advisor after we had water damage in our kitchen from a leak. They were so easy to work with from consultation to completion, and their price was very fair. Everyone was so great- very friendly and helpful, even with my extra questions and needs! Big thanks to Heather for answering all my questions and to Will for managing our project and making sure it was all done right. My floors look great!!
My wife and I hired Advisor Construction to create a covered area over my backyard for my dogs to have a place to play no matter the weather. We were going to go with a metal roof, but CalFire wouldn’t allow it. Will fought for us, but when they wouldn’t relent, he helped us come up with a shade sail system that Cal Fire would allow, and it would cost us dramatically less as well!Over the months to follow we realized shade sails, especially when overlapping over a large area, are far more difficult and complicated to work with than one might assume. Pat (the project manager), and everyone at Advisor, stuck through every issue that arose until a solution was found. We never felt worried that they might abandon us or slap together some temporary and shoddy solution just to wash their hands of it and leave us to deal with the aftermath as we’ve had other contractors do to us in the past. Even upon completion, Pat never stopped thinking of creative ways we could affordably make the system more convenient and user friendly. He came up with a custom winch system to make managing the sails significantly easier. The thoughtful design and craftsmanship is apparent in the posted photos. We’d also like to give special mention to the painters Advisor subcontracted with. Colson, Alan and Chris are great painters and great guys!Throughout the months we’ve spent working with Advisor, we ran into inevitable accidents that any contractor would have, but the people at Advisor were always the ones to come to us right away to explain what happened and assure us they would take care of it at no cost. We can say with full confidence, these are GOOD people. You won’t find a company more deserving of your trust, your time and your money for whatever project you’re looking to have done!
