I highly recommend Jason and his crew. They were so prompt to come out and give an estimate. Not like the other contractors who I had to repeatedly contact or ghosted me. From the time I accepted their estimate they were able to start work a few weeks later. Tyler, Lauren and Scott were so friendly it didn't feel like having strangers in your home. Lauren can turn an ugly bathroom and make it beautiful. They go to great lengths with the plumbing to make sure things will fit that you install yourself. Their estimates are comparable to other reputable contractors and I love that their work is guaranteed for 3 years.
I had some smaller jobs done in my bathroom. All staff that were in my home were very respectful, friendly, and professional. All workers were efficient with high quality results. We recently had our main bathroom renovated. From the first time we met Jason, we felt very confident in him and his company, Oakridge. Jason was very helpful and offered practical design recommendations. Jason was also conscious of costs and helped manage expenditures and made great suggestions without ever pushing for unnecessary upgrades. The entire team—Jason, Tyler, Max, Lauren, Scott, and Brett—were friendly, courteous, and professional, delivering high-quality work. The tile work, in particular, was exceptional. A big thank you to each of them for their hard work. We would definitely recommend Oakridge for any renovation project.
The team at Oakridge were amazing. First time that my wife and I have ever hired a contractor to undertake a major renovation in our home. We had a vison from months of us planning, Jason and team were able to bring that vison to life. They were super flexible, great communicators and the attention to detail cannot be beaten. My wife and I went with Oakridge for our basement renovation, and they did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, got back to us immediately on any correspondence, and were quick to remedy any issues, always flexible and working around our schedule. Our basement looks amazing, and any minor adjustments that were needed were corrected quickly.They also installed our new through the window air conditioner. I noticed there was a crack in the casing, which they insisted on replacing, even though this may have been a faulty product through the manufacturer.I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and a lot of them are either unresponsive or just don't show up to provide quotes. It was great working with Oakridge. You can tell they really care and want to provide excellent customer service. I generally don't leave reviews, but I highly recommend Oakridge.
