There are no words to describe how pleased we are with Arash's work on our complete main floor renovation. He managed the extensive end-to-end work which included, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, stairs to 2nd floor and stairs to basement, 2nd floor landing and 1 bedroom. He and his team removed all the inner load bearing walls, including installing a gigantic 27 foot steel beam from one end of the house to the other. He engaged a top level kitchen contractor who listened to our rough design and vision and helped create a kitchen, decorative slat wall and feature wall beyond our expectations. Arash's attention to detail and high quality standards are commendable. He would even catch details that needed improving that I missed and had them re-done and corrected to his standards. He was attentive to our needs and always responsive and at the same time providing valuable recommendations. Arash provided an overall estimate upfront with details and clearly stated the areas where the costs could only be determined after later assessment. He stayed very close to committed costs and communicated constantly. We highly recommend Arash and we feel you can trust that he is capable of leading your renovation regardless of size job

NEW REVIEW ON KITCHEN RENOVATION: We worked with Arash at Summit Contractors on the remodel of our master bath and powder room and had an incredible experience. So when it came time to renovate our kitchen it was a no brainer to go with them again! We contracted them to repaint our whole house, replace our kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and all the fixtures in the kitchen. We have worked with several other contractors throughout the years and Arash remains the best by far. He prices competitively and accurately with no surprises. His communication is top notch as well as advice. He’s always honest about the pros and cons of your potential choices and makes sure you’re fully informed on prices before you make any decision and will go to bat for you to ensure you get the most competitive price with the best work possible. Also we all know how long renovations can drag on but that’s simply not the case with Arash. He was 100% accurate with timelines and the renovation finished exactly when he said it would. And when I made any changes, he always accurately quoted how long they would extend the timeline by. All of the vendors that Summit employed were exceptionally professional and kind and the quality of their work is top notch. Special mention should be made of Arash’s cabinet maker and kitchen designer, Anne at Fengfa Cabinets, who was an absolute dream to work with. I will not hesitate to work with Summit again for any future work and will continue to highly recommend them to any of our friends! PREVIOUS REVIEW ON BATHROOM RENOVATION: We're in a pretty typical 1800's Toronto city townhome in which every part of it had been renovated at different points in time, so it's just a mish mash of styles with no cohesion. Therefore we've been on a journey to try and bring a more cohesive, vintage modern style to the townhome and we couldn't have asked for better partners than Summit Contractors for our master bath and powder room renovation! Despite several add ons from me after the project had started, they were still able to finish within the original timeline. Additionally, any time I had an add on Arash was able to accurately and clearly communicate any additional cost it may incur so there were zero surprises during the process. Arash also had an eye for customization and made sure that everything down to the shower head height was exactly what we wanted! The entire team was quick and efficient while working and I think it's worth mentioning that they had no issues navigating parking or working in a busy, downtown Toronto area as we've had several contractors refuse to work with us given our location. Also, due to health issues, I was unable to travel to pick out supplies for the renovations. So all of Summit's vendors had no problem doing phone and Facetime consultations with me to accommodate me. We've been through several renovations and contractors in the past and the attention to detail and quality of Summit's work is definitely the best we've seen. Cannot recommend Arash and his team more and we hope to use them again for our kitchen renovation!

I have used Arash & his team at Summit Contractors for a smaller job in the past. After comparing contractor quotes I decided to work with him again for the renovation of our basement bathroom and main floor including kitchen. The work is good, but the most important thing about Arash is that he is ethical, kind and will not leave you high & dry. With so much demand for construction, I have found many providers tend to leave things 95% done and call the job finished. Arash makes sure everything is done and that you are happy. This is a rarity in construction today. His team was also able to identify and fix work that would have led to problems down the road such as poorly routed plumbing. Pricing is transparent and fair.

Our 100 year old home had a tiny bathroom for our family of four with desperate need for an overhaul. As the main bathroom it needed to be beautiful but above all functional. Arash and his team from Summit Contractors were incredible. Correspondence was exceptional, every member of his team was professional and the level of detail was pristine. Even with all the typical surprises with renovations in an older home the Reno was seamless and perfectly on schedule.
