I usually use the battery powered portable drain snake to clear clogs (mainly caused by grease from kitchen leftover) from the drain in the mechanical room every two or three months when slight water buildup is noticed. But the clogs this time were so disturbing that the drain tool alone did not do the job. To make the situation worse, the valve to control inflow water had to be left closed which otherwise would lead to more rapid water buildup from the drain.

Desperate and devastated, I almost rushed to turn to the yellow page for an emergency call to find a plumber at whatever extra cost. Then came Jeff, in his elegant navy-blue suit. He received a message for urgent assistance from my wife when he was on the way home from an event held in downtown. Taking off the jacket, rolling up sleeves, Jeff swiftly shifted from a businessman to a craftsman. He looked around and quickly identified the issue. Like a magician, he pulled out a white bottle from nowhere. This was a bottle of professional drain solvent that he was about to deliver to a friend (what a coincidence!). After pouring the solvent to the drain, followed by a plunging, and pouring of boiling water, it started to drain. What a relief! All this happened just within 30 minutes upon his arrival. Putting on the jacket with a smile, Jeff turned back to the successful businessman.

Here is my second review of Jeff's team in June 2025. We are very grateful to Jeff's team as he has recently helped us to create a beautiful room for our dog, Nova. They have done a fantastic job recommending a water-resistant floor and a wall color that is visible to our dog, which is very professional and renovates the room immaculately. Jeff’s team is highly recommended!

Jeff’s team from JPC has just done an amazing job on the remodeling /renovation of our old house, and everyone, including Jeff, Neilson, and Kevin, worked very hard on this project. They were extremely professional, very skilled, and knowledgeable about renovation. Their ability to adapt to their clients' needs was remarkable, providing high-quality work at reasonable prices. They were also very friendly, particularly Jeff, who spent a lot of his precious time explaining some details of this project. He had numerous fantastic ideas to overcome challenges and improve things, resulting in exceptional outcomes and high quality. Indeed, Jeff’s team has transformed our old house into a completely new home that is remarkable! We will definitely use their services again, and Jeff’s team is highly recommended!
