I had a great experience hiring Noble Fir Homes as the General Contractor for the home renovation work that was needed. All the trades that Rafael used – Plumber, Drywaller, Electrician, Painter and Tiler – were excellent! The job was finished on time and within the budget – nothing but good things to say about the entire process!

Noble Fir Homes has been very helpful to me on two occasions this year. The first was to do a major bathroom upgrade involving tub replacement, replumbing, and retiling, We were extremely pleased with the way Raphael managed the work, bringing in professional trades people as needed. The second job was dealing with an emergency intermittent power failure. Raphael responded quickly with an electrician to diagnose our problem to be not in the townhouse but in the strata mechanical room. His knowledge, contacts and tact led to a prompt solution satisfactory to strata and BC Hydro. My wife and I certainly recommend this company for well-managed construction jobs.

Noble Fir Homes recently completed a project for us that involved heavy demolition, complex access, multiple sub trades, hard landscaping and carpentry. Raphael and his team approached the project with creativity, professionalism, and exceptional craftsmanship. Raphael is a great communicator, around scheduling, material deliveries and sub trades, project updates, liaison with the City and more. We had three major projects done by Noble Fir Homes in 2020/21, a major expansion of our garage into a craft room and office, all new floors in our seaside cottage home plus a beautiful new kitchen.
