Reno Stars - Local Renovation Company

Reno Stars completed a full renovation of our townhouse, including replacing the entire flooring, stairs, kitchen cabinets, tiles, lighting, and reworking the bathrooms. The quality of their work is excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable for the scope of the project. Communication was great — they were always responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. The team was efficient, professional, and delivered high-quality results. Highly recommend Reno Stars for any home renovation project.

We hired Reno Stars for a partial renovation of our main bathroom and we're very pleased with their process and the result. Sylvia was responsive and easy to communicate with, the team responded quickly and effectively to our feedback, and we couldn't be happier with how our bathroom looks now! We also found that their pricing was very fair and transparent. Overall we have nothing negative to say about the company or their workers, they made the renovation process simple. We'll definitely be considering Reno Stars again for when we do more renovations in the future.

We worked with Reno Stars Construction on a partial renovation of our townhouse (2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and entry tile work) and were extremely happy with the experience. The team of Ryan, Sylvia and Jasper was professional, communicative, and excellent problem solvers. As a bonus, they delivered the project well ahead of schedule. We actually recommended them to a friend before our renovation was even completed, based solely on the outstanding customer service. High-quality work and a smooth, stress-free process. We would absolutely recommend Reno Stars Construction.

We worked with Reno Stars this June and July and can't be any happier working with Ryan and his team. We had a tight budget and we didn’t want to spend too much on an old property. He came to the location, took a lot of notes of our demands, provided recommendations. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I thought Reno Stars is a reliable renovation contractor after I met with Ryan. He also presented a flexible payment plan for the renovations. We kept communicating through Whatsapp and his response time was quick and helpful. There were minor hiccups after and during the renovations but he was able to get them fixed quickly. We will definitely keep in touch with Reno Stars when we planned our next renovation and I highly recommend their services. They are reliable, responsive and helpful. Thanks Ryan, and sorry for the late review.

I first spoke with Ryan, the person in charge at Reno, back in May. He was very patient and spent a long time discussing things with us. After moving into our new home, I invited a few other companies for quotes, but in the end, I still chose Renostars. Their price wasn’t the lowest, but the quote was clear and transparent. During the renovation, there were occasional extra charges for additional work, but they were reasonable. The workers were also great—they showed up early every day and even stayed late sometimes. If any issues came up during the renovation, I just mentioned them in the WeChat group, and they responded quickly. Jasper was mainly responsible for the on-site work, and he suggested adding an extra pot light. It turned out to be a great idea—the final result looks fantastic.
