I recently worked with Elias Construction on a significant home project—a new extension that added a pantry and office, plus the demolition and rebuild of an existing room into a mudroom. The team also handled all the structural work, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, integrating everything seamlessly into the existing house. The results are outstanding.

What impressed me most was how professionally they managed the project. They followed a clear, standard project management framework, and each phase was handled with care:

Initiation: They listened closely to what I needed and helped turn a rough idea into a defined, realistic plan.

Planning: They laid out detailed designs, timelines, and budgets up front—no surprises, just solid preparation.

Execution: Their craftsmanship was excellent. Every trade (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing) was coordinated smoothly, and the quality showed in every step.

Monitoring & Controlling: Communication was fantastic. They checked in frequently, handled adjustments quickly, and ensured everything stayed on track.

Closing: The final walk-through was thorough, and the completed work exceeded my expectations. The new spaces feel like they’ve always belonged in the home.

Side note: for our project I am doing the finishing work myself, and Elias was able to work with me to allow me to prime and paint between their tradesmen doing their work. I really appreciated the flexibility - since most remodels aren't structured this way.

Communication was excellent at the start and all through out, with daily emails letting us know what was scheduled for that day. Any issues that did arise were communicated and resolved promptly.

We had Mickey’s team complete some trim and cabinet work on our new brewery addition and they came out great. I was especially impressed with the custom cabinet work which was complex but came out a perfect fit. After the initial installation I had some concerns about the clasps and our unique needs. Mickey came out and personally worked with me to find a solution and I couldn’t be happier. Elias construction is a top notch outfit that I trust to do the job right and they stand behind their work.

Elias was absolutely the right choice for my husband and me as we were looking to have our basement finished. They earned our trust early on with their excellent communication as well as their transparency throughout the project. Bill, Anton, Jess, Manny, and the rest of the crew were always quick to address any concerns or questions we might have, as well as work through any challenge that arose (which fortunately were very few!). Our lower level (basement glow-up) turned out so beautifully — what a difference! It’s such a lovely place to spend time in now.
We really appreciated being able to follow along with the work schedule in the app they had us use. It was so helpful to be able to check on our documents, selections, total, etc.
We felt like we were in the best hands, and would definitely call Elias again for future work on our home.

He was prepared and knew exactly what he was working with from the moment he walked in the door, we were so impressed that we chose to go with Elias instantly. They went above and beyond!! The entire team with Elias and subcontractors was such an amazing crew we couldn’t possibly thank you enough for all the beautiful work you all put into it. I can’t wait for our “phase 2” project of our upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and our basement bathroom! You guys are THE BEST!!
