We have been searching for a house for two years and finally found our ‘home.’ It needed some updating (“some” meaning MAJOR). It was beyond our good fortune to choose GEM Contractors/Tractor Services LLC over other contractors. The company-owned business is run by Ray. His work ethic, professionalism and drive for perfection is second to none. He is honest (will offer you cost effective ideas that you may not have considered or stick with original plans). After your initial visit, you receive a detailed, itemized list with highly competitive pricing. His team is comprised of highly skilled craftsmen (Adam and Aaron) that are diligent and incredibly hardworking. The final product speaks for itself. We had 1,500 sq. ft. of hardwood floors installed and the old floor removed and hauled away. Each piece was carefully chosen to avoid creating a pattern. Absolutely stunning. The walls were covered in rough pine tongue and groove and were also removed. They sheet-rocked, spackled, and painted the walls. All this was accomplished during torrential rains, tents they supplied, extension cords, determination and a sense of humor. They are amazing tradesmen/carpenters and honest, decent human beings. We are not done yet and Ray will be back to grade our yard and remove 25 years of growth, dead trees, and vines. We are in good hands. You will be too. Cheryl and Wade
