MDM Construction

We did a complete kitchen renovation with MDM, and could not be happier with the results. Every aspect of the project was seamless from start to finish. The MDM team is wonderful - extremely talented, flexible, kind, and professional. From the start of the project where we reviewed details, needs, and project plans with Dan, through the demo and renovation with John and Matt, through the final finished project, we were constantly impressed and very thankful for all that they did. Communication was consistent and honest. When we hit an unexpected snag (there were a few!) they took it in stride, and worked through it efficiently. Overall craftsmanship and skill is unmatched. They were always willing to partner with us and talk through options, even mid-project. The kitchen is exactly what we wanted, and it is truly beautiful and functional. A bonus to working with this team is their respect and care to the home and family. They were always friendly and helpful, cleaned up meticulously every evening before they left, and understood when we needed flexibility for children running through or our dog being there. The dog missed John and Matt when they left! This was our first project with MDM, and we already have several more we are interested in pursuing with this team.

We couldn’t be happier with our finished bathroom and our overall experience with MDM! John (x 2), Dan and Matt are hard working, easy to communicate with and professional. They always took the time to clean up after themselves and their attention to detail is seen throughout our finished bathroom. Our project did start later than we were initially told but it was 100% worth the wait. In fact we are so pleased with it that we will absolutely be contacting them again to redo our kitchen in a couple of years.

We just had MDM Construction do an extensive renovation on our home. We could not be more pleased with the results! This renovation reconfigured our home by adding in a new kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry room. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Dan, Jon and Matt were great to work with.They took our dream on paper and made it into a reality. Our dogs miss seeing them everyday.

MDM Construction recently completed a bathroom remodel and kitchen refresh in our home and we could not be more pleased. The workmanship is by far the best we have ever experienced. We found MDM construction through Better Business Bureau when we were looking to have our back porch remodeled in to a 4 seasons sunroom in 2021. MDM was very responsive, came out for an estimate quickly,and were confident in their ability to complete the project John was always there on time in the morning to get started and was very clean and professional. The room came out better then we imagined and it's the perfect addition to our home and access to the back yard. A year later we hired MDM again for a second floor bathroom remodel. John and Matt made sure it looked how we wanted and were so meticulous with every detail even making sure the veining of the tile surround was evenly distributed. The bathroom came out so clean and beautiful is actually a place I want to spend time in. I would highly recommend hiring MDM construction for any home renovation. John is extremely talented at what he does and has an amazing skill set. Communication with the team was excellent through both projects and we are very happy with our new spaces.
