Mike and his crew worked efficiently and delivered the results we were looking for. Despite the fact the house is over 100 years old and there were some unexpected items to address, the work was completed on time at the price quoted. Mike provided some additional service to make sure the foundation was secure which was much appreciated. In addition to a bathroom remodel, he also replace the front door / side lights providing a weather tight entry to our home. Highly recommend Millsaw for any construction needs!
