Innovate Design & Build

IDB came into my deck project fairly late in the process, after a series of problems with other contractors. They were professional, flexible, creative, and competent. Daniel, the project manager, was extremely responsive and conscientious, working through complex coordination with the steel contractor, replacement of the specified deck railing, and ensuring that all issues were well coordinated with me. I was especially pleased with the selection of the deck lighting. As you can see from the photos, the effects are fabulous.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Innovate Design & Build team for their work on our project. To be honest, things aren't always perfect, but the team truly did their best and ultimately delivered everything to a high standard. There were some minor issues along the way, but they were quickly resolved. Everything was done neatly, the deadlines were generally met, and the communication was pleasant and clear. In short, if you need a competent and responsible construction team, I can recommend Innovate Design & Build. Thank you for helping us realize our project!

We hired this company for a full bathroom remodel, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very easy to communicate with. One of the most important factors for us was that the company is fully licensed and insured, which gave us peace of mind throughout the project. They helped us with design decisions, kept the work area clean, and completed the project on schedule. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality remodeling services.

Absolutely in love with our new bathroom! Innovate Design and Build did such an amazing job. Not only did they remodel one bathroom for us, but they did two! They built the bathroom I had envisioned for us and a more efficient shower for our mom. The team was very friendly, on time and valued my opinion on certain designs. Thank you for your quick efficient and beautiful work Thank you Innovate Design and Build!!

We had Innovate Design & Build paint our kitchen cabinets and the bannisters on our stairs, and also remove a gas hob, cut the granite countertop and cupboard beneath it, and install a freestanding range. The results are amazing—we absolutely love it! Our home feels so much more modern and refreshed. The installers were punctual, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. Communication with the project manager was simple and efficient—we just texted back and forth, which made coordinating everything easy.
