My husband started our bathroom remodeling project by demolishing our old tub and shower. And although he was totally capable of finishing the project, with a full-time career he soon realized it would occupy much of his time off.So we called Western Renovations. Eugene came out and gave us a bid to finish. Comparing two other bids and first impressions, we went with Western.The flooring was matched with existing tiles we had stored and the wall tiled with new. They did a wonderful and meticulous job. We found a leak in our shower and ended up going with western renovations for a new shower as their pricing was competitive with other bids we received. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the end result! We just finished a remodel with Western Renovations on our master bathroom. We had the standard basic builder shower and tub and now we have a beautiful shower and vanity.The whole team that we worked with were awesome! It started with David. After we sent an email request, he came out the next day. He listened patiently and gave feedback. He promised a fast quote and we got it quickly. We got started with demo within a few days. Ralph demoed and a few hours later, the shower and tub were gone and prepped for construction to begin. He meticulously cleaned up everything. We were instructed to go to Floor Decor and given instructions on what to pick out and when they needed it by. We had a few questions and David was very helpful on letting us if a certain tile was too slippery for the floor and what we should look for. Alex custom built our shower with so much precision and care. He asked me questions on preferences and gave me feedback on specifics. He is a master at his trade. Eugene, our project manager, was great! Very communicative and always checking in with progress updates. He does it all. Keeps everyone on schedule, works with the homeowners on choices for colors or items needed, sources and brings all the supplies and products, all with a smile on his face!Strong points:Cleanliness - laid down blankets from front door to construction site, had a zipped up plastic door to keep the area closed off to other parts of the house to prevent dust, vacuumed the floor and area for debris at the end of each day, and left the bathroom area as neat as possible.Communication - daily texts from Eugene in the morning with updates on how would be at the house and a window with what time they would arrive. If they were running late, I would also receive an updated text.If you have been thinking of remodeling with Western Renovations, do it. You will love the outcome! We recently completed a big upstairs project that included 2 rooms, master bedroom, bathroom, and closet with Western Renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!! David, Eugene, and Alex were absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. David helped us get the project kicked started with providing ideas and visions of how the project would look and progress along the way. Any questions or concerns we had from the start he covered with great detail to give us peace of mind. Eugene was the project leader and took are vision and was able to organize all the details into a highly executed plan. He made sure we understood every aspect of the project and kept us informed on all the updates. The project went very smoothly because of his planning and communication with us. Alex came in from day one with one of the best work ethics I’ve ever seen! He would work long days on the project and always left the house cleaner than he left it. Alex and Eugenes craftsmanship was truly remarkable. They did everything from demo, flooring, electrical, tile, painting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc. These guys are pros at what they do! They were so pleasant to work with from their attention to detail, professionalism , and communication on all aspects of the project. We can’t wait to work with you guys again!!
