Rolando is a very professional, reliable, trust worthy general contractor for your home remodeling project. He always responds promptly and takes care of any issues without pushing back. I hired a contractor for 2 bathroom remodels (BLS Roofing and remodeling) The contractor took 6k and started 1 bathroom, demoed and started tile, then the contractor never finished or showed back up, long story short, BLS stole 6k from me and left me with a non functional bathroom. I called D&R (Rolando) and he came out and seen what I was left with. I told Rolando what had happen and I basically was robbed of 6k. Rolando took pity on me and quoted me a extremely good price to re- gut and fix what the other contractor had damaged. His team came out quickly and absolutely crushed it, The bathroom now is functional and looks amazing!!!! It turned out so good we went ahead and pulled trigger for master bath.. and again just did a amazing job. Rolando and his team, (Alvin and john) Super nice, professional and just outstanding. On time worked there butts off and explained everything every step of way. The craftsmanship, work ethic and customer service is absolutely 2nd to none. Rolando came everyday to do site checks and talk with me, gave expert advice.. I highly recommend D&R for all of your interior remodeling needs!!!! We worked with Rolando at D&R Remodeling to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. Our master bath was 20 years old and in serious need of a redo. We went with Rolando due to his initial consultation and the outstanding references he was able to provide to us.He told us the remodel would take 4-6 weeks and it did take almost exactly 6 weeks even with a few significant delays with supplies. Rolando was on site every day and did a great job managing the contractors and constantly working with us.Rolando was very responsive to any issues that came up along the way. All issues were taken care of quickly and professionally.We absolutely love the remodeled bathroom. It exceeded our expectations. It is functional and beautiful. I would highly recommend Rolando and D&R for any remodeling job - they are outstanding!
